Since the value of handlen is 9, you most likely either failed to edit src/eggdrop.h prior compiling, or make did not notice src/eggdrop.h had been altered, or did not build the dependancy-tree properly. the reply is simple enough for me:
the help scripts gives a list of all the tcl commands loaded on my eggdrop and each message is a putquick, and they are clearly too many.

I' m going to work on it, trying to reduce the number of putquicks.

This thing happens adding the bot to the sop list only.

Is there something to do ?
