That has nothing to do with eggdrop bot.
Try WinSCP if you're windows user,if you are linux user type sftp host port,and then put /path/where/that/file/is /path/where/you/want/to/put/file/on/shell

When you add server in egg conf,add it like server:port:pass for ur bnc
That will resolve ur problem.

You don't know what is telnet/dcc chat to eggdrop?

You should not paste ur full config..
Take a look on flood-chan,flood-join,flood-ctcp etc..Also,in dcc/telnet try .chanset #chan flood-join 10:1 for example (set it however you want)

But its much more simple if he just rename his conf to eggrop.conf and start egg everytime with ./eggdrop..

./eggdrop egg.conf is doing nothing.
You must specify something,like ./eggdrop -n eggdrop.conf or ./eggdrop -m eggdrop.conf (if u want to use new conf file,or start egg that way you can see everything what is he doing)
But You dont need that,just start ur eggdrop with ./eggdrop
