That ban will expire after 1 hour 30 minutes.
*This must work in akick from bot.

I was testing as owner and the bot has allowed. Now i tested with other IP(no owner) and the bot re-sent the mode removed.

For exemple, i set the modes +nts as "modes locked". And if someone remove some mode, it will set again the mode removed.
