Problemed solved :) thanks to TheAvatar and wizandrew at psybnc.at If anyone wants to know just add this line to your psybnc.conf : PSYBNC.SYSTEM.DCCHOST=put.ip.of.your.vhost.here also be sure to have: USER1.USER.DCCENABLED=1 and what worked for me sending / receiving files instead of /dccget .... It could fail if you have latest psybnc and you use the character ~
In the tut replace ~ with ' then it will work.

So this:
/addserver a~irc.gravestone.net:6667

Should be this:

If anyone could help that would be great. I saw a post that I should ask at writer's forum (http://forum.purehype.net/), but I wasn't able to as twice its never sent me my new registration e-mail.
