Invalid Port

Hi Guys I cant seem to dcc chat my eggdrop. Invalid port.

I have tried:
set my hostname
set my ip (tired both real ip and Nat ip here)

i can telnet into the eggdrop.

I can recieve files from eggdrop
I cannot dccsend files nor chat the bot


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
