Is this for an OperBot? Is the bot able to override, to be able to set the appropriate modes? Or, have you made the bot a founder of the channel? This is the only way for the bot to be able to set anyone +qo or +ao. Without being oper, or founder, it wouldn't be able to add the modes properly. I am...
