Eggdrop Overriding

my bot keeps setting Channel mode set to +l 19 by then Channel mode set to -l over and over again.
when i set a mode like
Channel mode set to +m by •ChanServ
6:09 AM Channel mode set to -m by •bot
it just ovverides
