DCC SEND errors on 1.8.4 (raspberry pi)

Good evening, I compiled 1.8.4 on rpi ( armv7 arch). All went well (with tcl 8.6). i can connect to the network , join channel I have an error with files DCC sent to the bot. error message: EEINPROGRESS looking through debug messages, i suspect a bad address resolution i see this as host port : 0.0....
