ulimit -a shows everything as unlimited instead of pipe. This is only happening on inspircd, efnet, undernet, unreal and ultimateircd all no problems.

eggdrop ssl and inspircd problems

Previously we ran all our bots on unreal ircd with ssl and they were fine, we then changed to inspircd using same connect port and ssl again. Since changing the 'some' of the bots when joining large channels immediatly disconnect but dont give a disconnect reason it simply disconnects. [06:42] Disco...

LionBlaat real hostname somewhere.on.a.isp 1.1.1.1 It will th...

bot listening on all ips, not just ip I bind to

I am running my bot on a debian box, no custom tcls eggdrop 1.6.15 I recently noticed this problem after something else failed to start unable to bind to a port, same port as my eggdrop but on a different ip, and after some investigation it seems my bot is binding to all ip addresses on the box, so ...

I use unloadtcl.tcl to dynamically unload tcls although I have never used it unload a netbots component before, this doesnt require a restart although it wont always unload a tcl properly meaning a restart anyway but does usually work.

+superbitch channel mode in netbots next version

currently in netbots 4.09 and below superbitch mode is set via the config file, I recently seen a new tcl on the website, but I want to carry on using netbots so if possible in the next version can superbitch be settable via a .netchanset command.

Thanks.

I had noticed the same issue.

With my firewall turned on running 8 windrops in the days I used to run windrops this took approx 20% cpu up. Because of the firewall logging 1000's of ports a min.

It really was quite bad, but I could never work out what it was.

only the hub bot on my botnet has the notes module loaded, I dont see any reason for the leaf bots to have the module turned on. of course correct me if I am wrong someone.

eggdrop stores new servers somewhere outside the config as well, I have seen this. eg. my config hass the following servers blah.undernet.org blah2.undernet.org blah4.undernet.org then 1 day I issue a manual .jump command to blah3.undernet.org, this server will now be stored in the eggdrop somewhere...
