set init-server - problem

Eggdrop version 1.6.10
I run the bot on DALnet. I wonder why the bot cant set self server MODE to +R whenever it connects.
set init-server { putserv "MODE $botnick +R" }

I always set the MODE via DCC .dumb botnick mode +R

any idea? :(

when bot set a ban, another share bot remove the ban immediately. or when bot it self set a ban, again remove the ban without waiting for the script bantime to finish?
both bots are +shared +userban
bot version 1.6.6

whats the problem?

reply on previous subject! bot is registered with nickserv, but it doesnt need so unregistered nick can set usermode +R also. he can accept msg from registered nicks with nickserv only this futher can work only via bot DCC .DUMP $botnick +R, but not in config file set init-server { putserv "MOD...
