You need to make sure your bots have Global OP flags. Also make sure you have the botnetop section of netset.tcl going so the bots will see each other and ask for ops.

Trying to use an eggdrop with a psybnc to cover MULTIPLE networks is in my opinion just asking for trouble. The User/channel files might get buggy specially if you try using the same channel on two networks.
