1st disable any protection scripts you are running that would prevent someone from messaging you. Then, read http://www.egghelp.org/setup.htm#config , and edit your conf file like it says.

seems like simple solution. .chanset [channel] +revenge take revenge on anyone who deops or kicks friends or ops .chanset [channel] +revengebot take revenge on anyone who deops or kicks the bot as well as doing as nml375 suggested, linking the bots together, and enabling sharing. Hope that helped :)

Couldn't all this be solved by recompiling the eggdrop? And the owners re-adding themselves correctly?

Be more helpful if you posted .status and .chaninfo... so we can see how your bot is setup.

you should log in to the shell and view or download the bot's logfile (as set in the config file—the default is "logs/eggdrop.log", and see what that tells you. Also, is set server-type set correctly?

can i make my psybnc an inviter script? i got a bot and psybnc. and i always invite chatters to join my chan but i dont want to use my nick so that i can avoid kick/ban. lemme get this straight... you want our help to help you spam? you must need medication, you won't get help here for that :roll:

This is not a default tcl error, this comes from some script you added. My suggestion is to open your tcl and read it thoroughly

seems like you missed something real simple, like not setting the bots &/or chans +shared... did you follow the directions on enhancing your eggdrop exactly?

most likely you have disabled this function from within the shell... more accurately, you have failed to enable this function. go to your shell, do a search for 'ident', and un-comment this line and restart your bot. this will allow you to use the IDENT command
