Strike, thats an aweseome script - i've seen it running on one of my other member's bots. The only problem though is that part of the script is run from a website - is there anyway to get the full code for the tcl?

Anyone got any ideas please? I'm no good at tcl nor parsing... need an expert out there to fix the script as the !file trigger doesn't work at all.

I currently have 2 imdb scripts running, and both stopped working since the last few days, I think what has happened is that the site changed in someway so that the scripts are no longer reading the site correctly. This means that there would have to be a script fix done in order for it to work agai...

not really worried bout the output as much as when i type part of it goes missing visually with the display... so if ur in the middle of lets say .chattr user + and some garbage comes up on the screen...all that dissapears and you see nothing of what u typed...it kinda gets shifted up with the displ...

For now i'm using SecureCRT and peeps for those of u experts in that, I have found it a bit annoying when i'm typing a command and a whole bunch of info comes up everywhere...and half of what u typed sorta dissapears!!

You guys know what settings i need to do in order for it to resemble dcc chat?

OK finally figured out what was wrong.... when the bots lost connection what we did was delete the passwords off the bots and have them try to relink, what happened was that the friendsbot record was created twice on the userlist, so it kept having that error. Maybe someone could explain what to change so that i can get 5 returns on a search instead of one? I can display the tcl code here if needed. Still doesnt help that the !file trigger is broken

I'm currently using a service like dyndns. I have to check the my-ip setting to see what effect that will have thanx

I will try setting my-ip, however as the bot's ip is dynamic it may be a problem. Are you sure, that they are sharing user file, like they should ? Not sure, just followed all the protocols i'm aware of.... my friends bot is set on +s (on axsbot) and mine on +p on (friendsbot) oh and also both are +...

I've been trying to link my bot with my friends for about a year now, and have found no success until yesterday. However after restarting the bot, once again we are gettting the same errors, and no matter how hard we try to replicate the working state, it doesnt work. On my end this is what i see......

Is anyone able to use the !file trigger? I am no good in parsing, so I don't know how to fix if it is really broken, although i'd love to learn how heheh. When I use that trigger, nothing happens no matter what i try to search for. A little fix is what this tcl might need...its this one: google.tcl ...

Yeah!! I had the same problem using a tcl with bass seen script. Someone typed !seen and the bot said user was last seen in #hiddenchannel

I was shocked to say the least hehehe.... whois will be the same issue. Wonder how to get around that.... hope there is a solution!
