How can I change the way my bot tracks users? I want it to go by *@username.user.gamesnet

instead of username@*.gamesnet

Where can I change this setting, it would make it more accurate on my specific network.

How come the bot only supports 9 character nicks? My network allows alot more chars (like 32?) and I would like to support this since I have a long nick myself

We have ChanServ as well, I just am simplifying it

How can I just check if they have ops in the channel. I don't want to add them all to the bot etc.

ahh, from the party line how can I specify hostname? I can't figure out the party line commands at all

Whats the command from the party line to give somone the +f flag? I have done .adduser <theirnick>

I'm just starting out with eggdrop scripting.

My bot keeps kicking ops in my channels for flooding etc, how can I have it ignore ops from all forms of abuse?

Also, how can I have it not put Services.Gamesnet.net on ignore when its connecting, I would like it to log the MOTD etc.

I should also add that I can DCC chat with anyone else, and neither the server nor my client are behind any form of firewalls.

I can't DCC chat with my bot. I can telnet to it an connect properly, initiate commands on the party line etc. But when I try to initiate a DCC chat it just says: Chat with LFS|-Bot Waiting for acknowledgement... Then it just sits there forever. I think its something with the bot, but I'm not sure.
