You'd need to install Cygwin and compile your own Windrop with the patch. I am unaware of any other method.

eggdrop & psyBNC are absolutely nothing alike in that eggdrop is an IRC (ro)bot (named after a type of Chinese soup) and is therefore an IRC "user" in it's own right.
