how can i remove a txt file from the eggdrop's dir?

How can i make a loop that will show all the users that have +V flag,
and the number of the users that have this flag ?

why when i closing the eggdrop, and reopen it the eggdrop clears all the variables?
I want a counting script, that counting lines the people are writing.
