when adding some in the .+ban nick in dcc the bot immediatly bans the ip in the chan and its sticky. it sets the +mi mode that what it does, i want it to ban the flooders which is not working

The channel ban list was empty when the flood happened. There was other flood and the banlist was emtpy and same thing happened it just seted the mode on the channel and didnt ban any of the flooders.
