a bit of help?

first off i would like to say hello to you all -- as i am a new "egghead." I installed tcl and eggdrop today on a shell account i have, or at least WOULD have if i hadnt found this problem: I had to install tcl in dirs that i have write access to, but these are not the default dirs eggdrop...
