also, if at all possible, can you only allow those commands to be listened to a person with the word "who" in their name?

on this game i play, naval domination, my friend and i use that as our "currency" to our "tavern".

n00b question

hey guys i'm pretty new to bots and i have a lot to learn but all im asking is for a simple bot that will give out "who-points" on command. i don't think that's hard to code is it? i can't seem to find one, but if anyone knows of one, or will code it for me, please let me know dbzfanl@adel...
