Anyone can set-up Feds

First of all i m very nice to find this Forum and i liked it very much ... About a week ago i had found some modules/php scripts/CVS and tcls about a bot on Undernet as the name Feds ... our helpchannel wants to set it on our help team and use it o get help ... I search all web but i cant find any h...
