Not responding to dcc

Hey , I have an eggdrop bot. It takes /msg BOT hello from me. Then I can set the password and even have access like !op !deop etc. but the problem is when i use /ctcp bot chat it gives the msg "unable to connect" ...session closed. the log is actually DCC Chat session - Client: Moon`Struck...

Need English Version of Robocop.tcl

Hey pplz, I have got the robocop.tcl but the main configuration part [ Which i will config. for my use ] is written in some other language other than english so i cant use it .

if any pepople has the english version then plz gimme the url.
