She's still a little dumb on the megahal side, but she's holding her own in the room.

actually not being sure what type irc server the OP is/was on, the usermode +z on CR (Conference Room) is the same as the can_override flag on an oper in Unreal: additionally the +z mode in CR could only be set for a user with the dreaded /os @raw svsmode +z nickname command. +z users in CR can join...
