Trouble with Netbots 4.10

I have used Netbots 4.09 for some time now and never had a problem. I decided to update from *.09 to *.10. Now i get an error and i cannot troubleshoot it as i am not familiar with the netbots coding. Below is the error i am getting, i am unsure if this problem is isolated to just me or for everyone...
