Re: Eggdrop 1.10.0 Release

The RC1 has been released on august, 8.
And not a lot of bugs, so I think we can hope it for september.

BTW, you can test the RC1 and contribute on github if you find bugs.

Re: Automatic statistics

We're speaking about eggdrops, not about external python scripts.

Re: Automatic statistics

Nice :)
Keep in mind that these stats are volatile: they'll be reseted if you rehash/restart the eggdrop

Re: Automatic statistics

You can try https://gitlab.com/tcl-scripts/irc-statistics/-/blob/main/cstats.tcl I didn't added admins and owner in live stats because I can't test it, and the "total" users is the number of normal users. This script is just a POC to help you, probably some bugs exist in it, but none appea...

Re: Automatic statistics

Not sure it exists, but quite easy to do.
I'm not sure to understand if the second line is live or statistical

Re: Replace

Well, it works only if you correct your sentences, as $nick is the user running the s/ command and not the author of the original line.

Re: Replace

Replace the following line
::erratum::process $nick $host $hand $chan [string range $text [string length $::erratum::erratum_cmd] end]
with
::erratum::process $nick $host $hand $chan [string trimleft [string range $text [string length $::erratum::erratum_cmd] end]]

Re: Replace

I understood the trouble:
Comment the following line at the end of the script:
bind pub $::erratum::erratum_auth $::erratum::erratum_cmd ::erratum::process
This bind made the process proc called twice

Re: Replace

Did you restart the eggdrop (not rehash, restart) after having changed the script ?
Looks like a side-effect, I'll look further

Re: Replace

Ok, I did the first part with a small hack :) Replace the user_msg_listen proc with: proc ::erratum::user_msg_listen {nick host hand chan text} { if {!([channel get $chan erratum])} then { return } elseif {([::tcl::string::match -nocase "$::erratum::erratum_cmd*" $text])} { ::erratum::proc...

Re: Replace

I promise nothing, but if I find a little time to spend on it this week-end, I'll try to do that :)
