I enclosed all the config text in my eggdrop.conf file with the catch code you mentioned. I then tried to run ./eggdrop eggdrop.conf, and I still get the same thing - no specific error. Am I not using the catch code correctly?

Running a new install of Eggdrop 1.6.17 on Fedora 4. The installation went fine, and I'm now trying to load eggdrop with the eggdrop.conf file, which I modified to fit my needs.
