I have been doing some more research into this and have come up with a possible reason for the letter hints not showing. It would appear that there is some script missing in my fulltriviabot65 file which relates to filling in letters. this would explain why the commands in triviabot.config dont work...

I have solved the problem myself by downgrading to a version that worked before.
