Tcl error [ip2c:pub]: can't read "word": no such v

hi:)

i've got a problem with ip-to-country.tcl...
script si loaded and when i go to channel and write pub command exp: !ip2c 127.0.0.0.1
the bot sends me this Tcl error [ip2c:pub]: can't read "word": no such variable

help?
