Making egg recieve DCC sends from other users?

I'm trying to make my eggdrop (v1.6.17) accept a DCC send from a user, but coming into a few problems. When I send a file to the eggdrop I get this logged in the DCC chat to the egg: <Vodka> [20:11] -KrK (KrK@*censored*)- DCC Send KrK.txt (***.***.161.120) <Vodka> [20:11] CTCP DCC: SEND KrK.txt 2262...
