Converting IRC Script to TCL + Running on eggdrop ?

Hello,

I got IRC Bot, and its for windows, I would like to convert it to tcl script and run it on eggdrop or what ever its called ( I need the irc bot for windows to be on linux and running )...

Is there any way ?
