dowloaded tcl8.4.13
and just did a ./configure

i installed tcl myself

had to use

./configure --with-tcllib=$HOME/tcl8.4.13/unix/libtcl8.4.a --with-tclinc=$HOME/tcl8.4.13/generic/tcl.h

because of the error not finding tcl bla bla
