Eggdrop changes channel modes

Edit: I am running eggdrop1.6.18 Bascially when people join a channel that my Eggdrop is in, I get this message in DCC chat. 'Mode change by non-chanop on #Tomconstable! Reversing...' I've no idea what idea what it is doing. Anyone know how to stop it? Also i keep getting notified that i have new no...
