eggdrop only run with -n

Hello I've a problem with the eggdrop.
If I run the eggdrop with ./eggdrop eggdrop.conf then i cant connect to telnet and the bot doesn't connect to the irc.
I think he is freezed withouth -n.
How can i fix it?
I'm using debian on my root
