How to set opchar

Hi I have my bot on two networks and one of them is the standdar "+q +a +o" and the other network is "@&~" .. how do I set it for the bot to use each of these on the different networks

something like when I type /msg bot chat

The bot will dcc me.. I tried /ctcp <botnick> CHAT but the network doesn't allow
