hello its like the topic said i need some help with this script this script is so amde everybody can add triggers but i only want operatort can add triggers and delete them those command are !add and !remove i want with operator funtions\ i tried to contact the person who amde this script trough irc...

i really meant with the script becaus i am still learning tcl.
