Nothing suspicious there and frankly I think the relation between this user and the timeout is just coincidental. Did you try unloading your Tcl scripts and see if the problem persists? I thought that too but then i had him join and part a few times and everytime he joined the bot would ping time o...

No error messages or weird messages in the bot's console or in the logs. As soon as he joins the chan i get no response to the bot and then he Ping Times out.
