Thanks ppslim, i'll start that test tonight with 3 extra bots, 1 hub and 2 leaf bots. At the moment I am already using the lastest version (1.6.12)
First i'll try what you said with 1.6.12, then with 1.6.10, i'll post here in a day or two, probably two days, one day for each test

Ok, now this is getting weird. If the hub bot is not in the channel that the linked bot is in, then you will lose the channel flags for that channel but not the global flags when the user file gets transferred as the hub bot wont keep the channel flags for rooms its not in. well, if everyone was losing all channel flags i would ...

The %0 means perm.

sounds pretty strange. did you try to save the settings after adding removing a flag with .save or if you use netbots with .netsave ? I tried both.
