How do you get [ into a list to even work with?

Same problem with that xchannels.tcl script, it does not handle "[" as an item to ban. It handled "{" but I've already fixed that. I have been unable to get any script to handle "[" as a char to ban on. This is what xchannels.tcl says, when I tested it with [ in the bad...

Did you mean to have "set set" or was that a typo? Using just "set badnicks { "this" "that" "{" } makes the bot crash..Thats why I made it use

Along the same lines as my previous note, is there *any* bad channel ban script that can handle brackets ({ and [ for example) and other special chars without choking? This is frustrating

Ohh, I just noticed, the script chokes on special chars passed to it, so I'd like to ask if this can be fixed?
