Sysops.

I am your humble, average everyday user.

Yes, I help manage a large help channel, but not in the same way many other do.

We manage our channels like a business.

I am the network admistrator, resolving all of our employers issues.

The rest of the people deal with the customers.

Yes, I have been known to just down peoples necks.

Mainly for 3 reasons.

1: They demand scripts from us.

They can post a request 1 min (which we have no problem with). But they can reply in under 48 hours, wondering why we have not done it yet.

2: They demand scripts from us.

They can post a equest like
I want my bot to invite one user to another channel automaticaly
Now what does this tell you? It tells you what should happen and nothing more. They fail to state how (using triggers), when(on join, on a timmer, on a queue system), why (because we have moved channels, because the channels is spread between 2 locations) or where (a specified set of channels, all channels) it should happen.

Plain total lack of information, as if we know what script, what server, channel, network they are on. Allmost as if we should have known the question, wihout them having to type it.

3: They fail to read the manual.

Not just this. You can post a sugestion to the problem, and they will allmost totaly ignore it. IE, asking why somthing is isn't working, then saying, "before I try it, are there any other sugestions". THen to top it off, you try again, and they still request more sugestions, citing you allready tolf them that.
