Thanks for the fix guys, my copy @ http://www.trixarian.net/incith-horoscope.tcl now has it 
could anyone add flood protection on this script? maybe incith's aka bseens flood protection? like, the same protection other incith* scripts have maybe?

I was able to get the latest version, as modified by Trixar_za to parse the RSS feed rather than HTML, to work with some minor modifications since the astrology.com site now forces redirects to HTTPS:
