Is there another identifier for ops with ~ beside their nickname.

The bot does not recognise.

if {[isop $nick $chan] || [isvoice $nick $chan]}

Recognises @ as an op and +v as a voice, but refuses to do anything with ~next to the names.

Look in eggdrop.conf.
Find:
