Hello

There is an problem while trying to up my eggdrop... Please help.

Tcl error in file 'eggdrop.conf':
Couldn't listen on port '56659' on the given address: Address already in use. Please check that the port is not already in use
while executing
"listen 56659 all"
(file "eggdrop.conf" line 56)
* CONFIG FILE NOT LOADED (NOT FOUND, OR ERROR)

It just means that you can't use this port because it's already used.

You can do netstat -anp | grep 56659 to know which process uses this port.

Now I change port all fine one eggdrop is up and running but the other one also up but not came to channel its up in the background but not on channel.

STARTING BOT IN USERFILE CREATION MODE.
Telnet to the bot and enter 'NEW' as your handle.
OR go to IRC and type: /msg MafiaServ hello
This will make the bot recognize you as the master.

Follow the instructions: telnet the bot, create your account, and then do a .status to know what happen.
