Eggdrop Deleting repeat lines?

I'm running a fairly default set up bot. When I set my script up to do an output to a particular user. It doesn't send the lines that would be considered repeats. IE if I do a line of ======'s as a border. On the second border. It will not appear. and so forth. Thanks
