flooding ?

Can i do something to prevent the bot from kicking people for flooding? Both in the channel and on the partyline? I have tried alot of things to prevent it, but havn't found out yet.

It just kicks people from the channel.
And I don't wan't it to do so, it's not for flood-protection i have it.
It's the same on the partyline.
It kicks people of the partyline if someone is flooding.

change the values of the flood settingsa to 0:0

Both for channels using .chanset and editing the config file for the partyline flood setting.
