version 0.3 doesn't work like version 0.1, instead of !ping, type !ping nick

I don't know where you got this code, but you are strongly advised to:
- never load this script on your bot
- purge it from any of your systems
- not distribute it any further
- notify the administrator of the archive where you got this, to purge this file from his/her system. Unless he/she wants to keep an example of a serious vulnerability for educational purposes.

I forgot from where I got it, but its probably from www.eggfaq.com since they have the newer version.

but why, what's wrong with this script ?
