7) !imdb [moviename]
8 ) !google ....
9) !country...

Some of the scripts you want are available on the TCL Arhive of this webby, some other have been discussed and some solutions have been given. You should browse the TCL Archive and Search the forum.

n800 : the scripts done at this forum are always good, cuz they're being managed by good TCL scripters that don't end a topic unless the script has no errors at all and is the best.
also at the TCL archive in this site (http://www.egghelp.org), as Ceasar told u, try the scripts, I'm sure u'll settle on a certain good script.

I suggest Slennox's "chanlimit.tcl" (available within the netbots.tcl).

use sentinel for stopping floods. as for your !invite... use Pub.tcl from http://www.dawgtcl.com:81/ (but i thing the dawgtcl site is currently down.)
