Add lines and msg them

I need help with a script.
I want to be able to add textlines in the bot and the bot should save the lines to a file and then display em when I type a trigger in a specific chanel

Could you elaborate just a little more on that?

I mean, I get the idea, but there's a few details missing, like:

1) How will the text be added?
2) What's the text for?
3) How should it be stored?
4) Is it going to need different triggers for different types of text?
5) Will it need to store those different types in seperate files?
6) What users can use the triggers?

Stuff like that

1: /msg bot addtext blah blah blah
2: statistics
3: it can be stored in a simple txtfile or anything.
4: 3 triggers
5: I think it can be stored in the same file, anything that works:)
6: sers with Z flag
