how can i do this man ??
i went to this chan and the bot owner just type in the chat room and the bot give op to the guy name marijuna

!!!!

for example am bot owner i just type in channel
"BOT op MaRiJuna"

and the bot will op him

You go to the script archive here (or any script archive of your choice) and look for one of the many public command scripts.
But if you really want to use such a script, you should choose one wich require the ops to auth first.

you can create you own script too, read tcl-commands.doc and check the PUB and PUBM binds... these can help you start.

that -b blablabla is a cookie op. its kinda like one extra protection. check out some scripts - that feature is called "cookie op".
