Hi, I download the script called optools.tcl, I installed, I give op to my bot and when I run in a IRC channel:
!op nick , the bots answer me:
I dont have ops!!!
Any idea??

check you net-type in your .conf file.
# What is your network?
# 0 = EFnet (non +e/+I hybrid)
# 1 = IRCnet
# 2 = Undernet
# 3 = DALnet
# 4 = EFnet +e/+I hybrid
# 5 = Others
set net-type 3

I set the modes: chanmode "+nt-likm"

I think i know why your bot deops everyone, its because you have +bitch mode on the channel. To turn this off /msg <botnick> chanset <#channel> -bitch

the net-type was just an example, I guess thats too complicated to you ?
just set the correct net-type that suites you.
you can remove the bitch with chanset in partyline. .chanset #channel -bitch
