I have this tcl, how do I make it msg the list private to the one who type !list ?? Hoping someone could help me.

set mychan "#Mychan"
set mylist {
"My text1"
"My text2"
}

bind pub - "!list" read:shells

proc read:shells {nick uhost handle chan args} {
global mychan mylist
if {[string tolower $chan] != [string tolower $mychan] } { return 0 }
foreach line $mylist {
puthelp "PRIVMSG $mychan :$line"
}
return 1
}
