I have 4 bots on quakenet and they only allow 5 clients ... and the problem is when like the bots pingtimeouts they are still on the chan .. and some more bots join .. the same bots that pingtimeout .. and then its more then 5 clients on the network and for that they get g-lined how do i prevent for this to happen?

get the bots in one channel, if a bot tries to reconnect he should ask via botnet if his corps (his timed out nick) is still on the channel, if yes he should stop connecting. when the timed out nick really times out send a message via botnet so the bot knows it's secure to connect again.

if all the bots time out the only safe way is to find out the timeout value qnet uses and wait x + 10% when a server timeouts.

btw, request a trust, it's really no big deal.
